My needs for performing are simple: I need a chair, and if it is a BIG space, I need an amplifier that can fill it.  I carry my own small sound system with me, and I also have a remote microphone that can plug into most systems. 

When I receive your form or e-mail, I will contact you to verify the information and make sure I understand exactly what you want from me.  Then I will send you my contract to be signed and returned to me.  The contract is my way of making sure that we agree on everything, and I use the contracts to keep organized, so I don’t accidentally forget a performance (heaven forbid!)  The contract also serves as my invoice for billing purposes.  If you have your own contract, I will sign yours, too, but I still like to have a copy of my own contract to go by.
